About: The Guide Team focuses on mission and outreach. This ministry helps empower the congregation to live into Christ’s love through hospitality, inclusivity, and service. The team also supports mission and outreach ideas that arise from the congregation.
Lead Team
Meets: Monthly
About: The Lead Team serves as the administrative leadership body of Redford Aldersgate UMC. It includes the chairs of committees responsible for finance, staff/pastor-parish relations, building and facilities, pastoral responsibilities, and the Redford Brightmoor Initiative. The team oversees key decisions related to finances, personnel, facilities, and ministry operations.
